The Circ Bar is comprised of not one, but three different bars! The Mural Courtyard and Railway Patio is home to Tiki, an outdoor covered bar with unique offerings such as boozy slushies, tiki-themed drinks, and our famous “boxtails.” From there, guests can head up the stairs on the back of the building to the Lounge and Roof Deck, the only outdoor patio in Ann Arbor with an unobstructed view of the sunset. While the Lounge bar boasts a functioning fireplace and intimate setting, Circ’s Main Bar offers up more excitement and fun with a karaoke stage, popcorn machine, and a multitude of games and activities. The Circ Bar also offers up a completely private fourth space to rent up on the third floor known as the Saloon Suite, which often doubles as a Bridal Suite/getting-ready room for wedding events.
Located in the former space of industrial-chic speakeasy bar Root, Rabbit Hole creates an over-the-top atmosphere with eccentric drinks, neon music, and live music all within a centuries old cavernous venue. This stunning venue space is made up of seven different spaces. After turning the corner from the host stand, guests can head straight towards a cozy lounge area (dubbed the “Date Room” by the staff), or make a left towards the bathrooms and the satelite absinthe bar “Apothecary”. The Apothecary leads down into the four different vaults, each of which lead to the dance floor and main bar. Vault A features custom-made locally-built booths. Vault B, or “Long Vault” is located in the very back, and may be rented out separately. Lastly Vault C features an accessibility ramp and Vault D features a cozy lounge-seating area.
Introducing King and White, our newest event space designed exclusively for private events. Unlike our other venue spaces, King and White remains dedicated solely to private gatherings, ensuring an intimate and exclusive atmosphere for our clients. Reflecting the signature aesthetic of our venues, this space pays homage to the building’s original architecture, boasting exposed brick and industrial pipes that lend an industrial-chic vibe. With its captivating industrial backdrop, King and White serves as a blank canvas, offering clients the freedom to transform the space according to their unique vision. Whether you envision a lavish wedding reception or a sophisticated corporate soirée, King and White provides the perfect setting to bring your event dreams to life.

This space is entirely outdoors, and is only available from April-October. It is often rented as an add-on as there is no rain plan in the event of inclement weather.
The Circ Bar – Lounge & Roof Deck
Capacity: Lounge (75), Roof Deck (125). If renting this space alone, we cannot book more than 75 guests; in the event of inclement weather, 125 cannot all fit into the Lounge.

This space is not accessible to the general public and is only available for events. Located on the 3rd floor, the Saloon Suite also doubles as a Bridal Suite/getting-ready room.

Rabbit Hole
Capacity: 300-350 with built-in seating for 90-100
Sq Ft: 4000. We often are told that the space is MUCH bigger in person than our photos suggest – that’s because the space is actually broken up into multiple different vaults/rooms.
